~Baked Apples Stuffed with Cinnamon Apple Quinoa~
So delicious and easy to make!

Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Bake Recipe
•2 cups of baked quinoa 
•1/4 cup natural agave
•1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk 
•2 eggs
•3 TBS flaxseeds or chia seeds
•2 TBS cinnamon
•2 tsp nutmeg
•1 tsp ginger
•1 tsp baking powder 
•2 chopped Fiji or Gala apples 
~preheat oven to 350•F
~mix wet ingredients together with cooked quinoa, in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together then slowly add into wet ingredients.
~spray a 9x9in glass dish with oil and pour in mixture, bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. 

Stuffed Baked Apples 
•10 figi or gala apples 
~preheat oven to 350•F
~core apples and stuff with the Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Bake 
~spray a baking sheet or baking dish with oil and place stuffed apples. 
~bake for about 30 minutes or until apples are soft. 
~sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia or agave and serve with Greek yogurt, low fat ice cream or plain. Enjoy!
